Conclusion
According to religious beliefs, when the moon rises on Purnima Tithi, the Purnima fast is observed on that day because after observing the fast, people worship the moon in the evening and offer Arghya. If the moon rises on the same date and sets before sunrise on the next day, then the Purnima fast and bath-donation is observed on the same date. If the Purnima tithi starts on one date and remains valid till after sunrise on the next day, then the fast is observed on the first day. It will be done and bathing will be done the next day. It is also seen that the moon sets before sunset on the second day. If you want to know more about Purnima then you can talk to astrologer or get information.
