History of Numerology

Numerology is an old and trusted art. This is one of the oldest methods of knowing the future. The general concept of numerology is found in ancient countries like Japan, Greece, India, and Egypt. Numerology and its methods were also prevalent in countries like ancient Rome and China. Pythagoras, the father of numerology, was also a Greek philosopher. He was the one who developed the method of numerology. But he is not given the credit for the discovery of numerology. Nevertheless, his theories have played an important role in the spread and development of numerology.

Numerology is an important science, through which an attempt is made to know about a person and his future through numbers. In numerology, an attempt is made to present a detailed description of various aspects of a person, his ideology, topics of life, etc. by using the rules of mathematics through numbers. Numerology is also known as Ank Vidya or Ank Shastra and Sankhya Shastra etc. In numerology, calculations are made based on the characteristics of the nine planets Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Rahu, Mercury, Venus, Ketu, Saturn, and Mars.

Numerology means number and this science is called Numerology in English. There is another science similar to this science called Statistics. In which information about facts, events, properties, etc. is collected and used in scientific and mathematical form. But this Statistic is completely different from numerology astrology.

In ancient times, the knowledge of ank jyotish or numerology was known to Hindus, Greeks, Chaldeans, Hebrews, Egyptians, and Chinese. Numerology has been used well in ancient texts like Prashna Vichar, Swarodham Shastra, etc. of our country. It is very difficult to explain numerology. The explanation given by Walter B. Gribson in this regard is worth remembering. тАШNumerology is the practical use of the basic principles of mathematics for the physical existence (or physical development) of manтАЩ.

Numerology Interpretation

Numerology is one of the oldest methods of learning about the world and the people living in it. There are many different religions related to numbers in numerology in different regions. Hence, it becomes very important for everyone to know what was the history of numerology and how it originated.

Over the centuries, many nations have followed the general concept of numerology. Countries such as Japan, Greece, India, and Ancient Egypt have started using numerology and its methods. Additionally, there is evidence that the concept of numerology was prevalent in ancient times in countries such as Rome and China.

The two most ancient methods of numerology in this series were Chaldean numerology and Kabbalah numerology. Later, the Greek philosopher Pythagoras became the father of numerology and developed the method of Pythagorean numerology.

Pythagorean numerology is commonly called Western numerology or modern numerology. The credit for discovering numerology was not given to Pythagoras. However, his principles helped a lot in the spread and development of numerology.

Modern Number System

In Western countries, numerologists like Cross, Goodman, Montrose, Morris, James Lee, Helen Hitchcock, Taylor, etc. have adopted different methods. The method of Dr. Cross, Montrose, Sepharial, etc. is known as the Hebrew or old method. Because the numbers given to English alphabets in it are according to the order of Hebrew alphabets, whereas modern numerologists of the West like James Lee, Helen, Hitchcock, Taylor, Morris C. Goodman, etc. have given numbers to English alphabets according to modern order and hence their method is recognized as modern numerology.

There is no need to do difficult calculations like astrology, even if the time of birth is not known in numerology, then also many things related to a person's profession, friends, partners, ups and downs of his life, and the profit and loss of important time of his life can be known with the help of numerology based on birth date and name.

Conclusion

In numerology, a number from 1 to 9 has been assigned to each planet, which depends on which planet is influenced by which number and these nine planets influence a person's life. The position of the planets at the time of birth determines the personality of that person. Therefore, after birth, the number that is the lord of the person has the most influence on the person. If the number of one person matches the number of another person, then a good relationship is formed between the two persons. Talk to astrologers to know more about the history of numerology.
