Importance of Ram Navami

On the day of Ram Navami, take a bath early in the morning and wear clean clothes.
Place the child form of Lord Rama in the swing.
Place mango leaves and coconut on a Kalash.
Offer incense, lamp, fruits, flowers, clothes, and ornaments to Lord Rama.
Offer sweets, kheer, halwa, jaggery, and sugar to Lord Ram.
In the end, recite Vishnu Sahastranam and perform the aarti of Lord Vishnu.
